Returns

Returns with us are easy and fast! If there are any concerns with the item you received please immediately e-mail us at support@solarislabny.com to resolve your issue. 

Damaged Items - we fully stand behind our product and our goal is to leave you happy, kindly report your damaged item within 72 hours of delivery to be replaced/exchanged with a photograph of damaged item and or box if package was damaged in shipment (some exceptions can be applied where photo is not necessary). 

For all other returns aside from damages, we require your product to be returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories inside the box (instructions, charging cord tied up etc) closed so item can be resold. 

 

If items were purchased on our partner website or any location other than solarislabny.com we will offer a return/exchange as long as proof of purchase is provided (exceptions can be made on case by case situation). 

If item is in transit - we cannot refund. Please ensure we have received your item before requesting a refund.  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or do not meet the above criteria. 

 

Buyer pays return shipping. Solaris Laboratories is not responsible for shipping costs on returns unless the item is damaged/defective. 

We are unable to to refund shipping cost as these are fees that have been paid to our third party carrier for a service that has been completed. 

 

For International items, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery, as different countries customs have different processing times. Solaris Laboratories cannot refund/reimburse for any duties, takes or broker fees incurred for international shipments which are determined by customs from each country. 

International Refund- We try to follow domestic protocol and evaluate each situation on a case by case basis as international laws apply each situation is unique.
