When will it start to work?
Hair grows gradually, so results take time and vary from person to person.
Many customers first notice:
Weeks 2-4
Less shedding.
Months 2-3
Early visible improvements, thickness and fullness starts to return.
Months 4-6+
Continued improvements with consistent use.
The biggest factor is staying consistent.
What does Red + Blue do?
Your Headband includes two light modes, each designed for a different purpose.
Red Light (630nm + 660nm)
Best for supporting healthier-looking, fuller hair and overall hair wellness.
Blue Light (420nm)
Best for supporting a balanced, healthier-looking scalp, especially if you're focused on excess oil or scalp care.
Can I use both?
Yes, but your total treatment time is 15 minutes per day. Choose the mode that best matches your needs for that session rather than using both for separate 15-minute sessions.
Not sure which to choose?
If your primary goal is supporting hair growth, use Red Light. You can switch to Blue Light whenever you want to focus on scalp wellness.
How often should I use my headband?
Use your headband once a day for 15 minutes. Consistency is more important than longer sessions.
Tip: Pick a time you'll actually stick with, while having coffee, answering emails, watching TV, or getting ready.
Should I use it daily?
Yes. Daily use is recommended. Up to 5 days a week! More sessions or longer sessions won't speed up your results. The goal is building a routine you can maintain.
How do I wear the headband?
Place the Headband comfortably across the area you'd like to treat. Close to the hairline or further back. You can push the ends back further away from your ears if it feels comfortable. The headband will slightly loosen up over time.
Most customers position it along the hairline or temples, but it can also be moved to target other areas of the scalp.
Can I use it with Minoxidil, serums, oils or supplements?
Yes.
The Headband can be used alongside your existing hair care routine, including topical products and supplements. For medication-specific questions, follow your healthcare provider's guidance.
Does my hair need to be 'clean'?
No. Your hair doesn't need to be freshly washed.
For best light exposure, avoid applying thick styling products immediately before treatment. Dry hair is generally easiest.
My Headband feels loose, tight or different than I expected.
The design is intended to fit a wide variety of head shapes but it is not right for everyone.
It should feel comfortable.
Many customers find it feels more natural after a few uses or when the push it further backward behind the ears.
If you're unsure about the fit, contact our team and we'll be happy to help.
How do I know when it's fully charged?
While charging you will see blinking red light, then solid blue fully when it's fully charged. Ensure you are using a 5V plug not lightning charger like apple or samsung. It should be a generic 5V plug or your headband will not charge. Refer to the quick start guide included with your device for the indicator behavior.
My headband is not charging ?

What if I don't notice changes right away?
Hair grows slowly, so visible changes take time.
Many customers notice subtle signs, such as less shedding, before seeing fuller-looking hair.
Staying consistent gives you the best chance of achieving long-term results.
